I was Born and raised in South London with Caribbean heritage, I am obsessed with culinary arts. I have over 11 years of experience in the industry, being both trained by Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen and Jamie Oliver's Italian. I have served a wide array of private clients from HNWI's Such as Football Players to your doorstep. I am constantly creating menus which combine bold flavour's and favourites. I love a wide range of cuisines, always trying new things and experimenting with vegan dishes. My passion lies in the creative side of cooking - artful presentation and putting a twist on the ordinary

Highly professional service. Very adaptable with the menu (as I have dietary reqs). Great communication throughout the booking process and the food was amazing! Shaloma was so accommodating from the very first moment I got in contact with her. Helping me right from the beginning with even deciding on the menu. On the day she arrived and cooked myself and my party of 30 a delicious 3 course meal which was loved by ALL -Even my non-vegan father! And she left the kitchen immaculate.
